失效链接会导致权重流失（link juice），并消耗抓取预算（crawl budget），因为搜索引擎爬虫会浪费时间去索引HTTP 404响应，而非有价值的内容。 此外，它们还会中断导航流程，从而降低用户体验并提高跳出率。 通过使用301重定向或更新URL来修复这些链接，可以优化网站的抓取效率，保留流向目标页面的链接权重，并巩固网站架构，从而避免在自然搜索排名中受到间接惩罚。
在使用惯用的“Broken Link Checker”插件进行例行死链检查时，我发现本地扫描功能已无法正常工作，这可能是由于服务器设置了某些安全保护措施所致。 于是，我找出了之前写的一个非常简单的函数，并在 Gemini 的帮助下对其进行了一些改进，使其更易于使用，并能执行断链的扫描和修复工作。
尽管失效链接如雨后春笋般涌现，但在此次浏览过程中，我注意到Twitter（X）上的链接出现了大规模流失，其账号正以喷涌之势大量减少。 目前已有数百个账号和/或推文不复存在，但我会将这一话题留待日后撰文探讨——那篇关于我们所熟知的网络正在消亡的文章。
要使用该功能，只需将代码片段添加到模板或子主题的 functions.php 文件中，或添加到你的代码片段插件中，随后在“工具”/“链接检查器”中即可找到该工具及其选项，具体说明如下。
1 -状态类型。在此，您可以从10多种状态类型中进行选择，以进行有针对性的扫描。
2 - “开始连续扫描”按钮会执行不间断的扫描。虽然不应该，但这可能会对网站的加载速度产生一定影响。我曾让它连续运行数小时，期间未出现任何问题。
3 -批量扫描。每次点击此按钮，将扫描10条记录。
4 -导出/导入 JSON。由于该插件不会在数据库中写入任何数据，因此如果关闭浏览器，列表将会丢失；若要恢复那些您不记得自己做过的内容，必须始终通过“导出”功能保存扫描列表。要恢复列表，只需将其导入即可。
5 -扫描过程信息。
6 -按类型筛选。扫描完成后，您可以按状态筛选列表视图。
7 -文章/页面。这里有一个编辑文章的链接，还有一个（查看）链接，用于访问该文章。
8 - 链接的锚点，方便你更快地找到它。
9 -失效链接的URL。
10 - 链接的 HTTP状态码。
11 -操作。关闭按钮仅将该行从列表视图中移除。它不会进行任何编辑、删除或添加操作。
12 -替换 URL。用于输入替换链接的输入框。
13 -在Archive.org中搜索。点击此处将打开Wayback Machine，其中列出了该网址副本的可用日期（如果仍被保存），供您选择最感兴趣的那个。
14 -删除链接。此选项会删除超链接，同时保留帖子或页面中的链接文本，以防您没有备用网址或不想添加备用网址。
先说明一下，这是一个一次性函数，建议你在完成清理后将其删除。我不认为我会继续修改它，但如果真的修改了，我会直接在这里更新代码。
虽然最终生成的代码对于一个“代码片段”（snippet）来说过于冗长——毕竟它本应是简短的代码片段——但实际运行效果相当不错。 当然，它还可以进一步优化，以避免某些404错误的误报，并通过支持多选操作来完善功能；但如果你链接数量不多，也没有时间手动检查，它完全可以正常使用。
若需批量替换链接，你可以借助一些经典的专用插件，例如Better Search Replace和Search Regex。

改进：
1 - 在左侧添加了多选复选框，并增加了“取消选中”按钮，用于批量从列表中移除行。

新的域名排除系统（IP保护）：已集成一个强大的排除数组，用于忽略大型网站和社交媒体平台。
静默跳过：从现在起，如果扫描器检测到指向Google、YouTube、Twitter/X、Facebook、Instagram、LinkedIn、Archive.org、Amazon、Pinterest 或 TikTok 的链接，将自动跳过该链接，且不会向这些网站发送任何 HTTP 请求。 因此，您需要使用其他工具或手动检查这些链接。
零误报且无封禁：此措施可防止您的服务器IP因请求过多而被暂时列入黑名单（速率限制，例如Google API中的429错误）。 此外，它还能过滤掉由这些平台激进的反机器人防火墙引起的“虚假断链”（403错误），从而使整体扫描速度更快、效率更高。
