62-minute documentary directed by Manolito Motosierra, Guillem Puig and Xes Vilà Roig and produced by Punk Visual Studio. It was premiered on 18 December 2021 at Clan Cabaret (Alicante).
Synopsis
Joaquín Ladrón is one of the most important underground and independent comic artists on the Spanish scene. This documentary reviews his biography, as well as his relevance in the world of comics and Rock'N'Roll, told by artists related to illustration and music. A review of his work, comics and illustrations for magazines such as Ruta 66, his time at Subterfuge and "la Línea Tremenda", his incursion into American comics, such as "The Toxic Avenger", and all accompanied by anecdotes and an in-depth study of his work in relation to Rock'N'Roll music. His musical period will not be left behind either.
We will meet his group "Ladrón y Las Serpientes De Marte", with whom he recorded his first album "Eres la Madalena de mi desayuno" and performed several concerts. But "Ladroncomix" is not only a documentary about his work and person, as it is a document that covers more than 20 years of his career and where we also talk about a period that marked a whole generation.

I have no idea where it can be seen now, rented or bought. I've looked around but I haven't been able to find any clues beyond references from 2021.
Ladrón, is a cartoonist from Alicante and creator of La Mocopandilla. The 64-page album with its fanzine feel, with a foreword by Kim and Jose Manuel Redondo, Lolo (at the time a councillor in León City Council), was published and distributed by Subterguge Cómix in 1998. I keep a copy in a safe place in the drawer of the pieces that are no longer easy to find.
In this album, La Mocopandilla defenestra and kills all kinds of people in very different and macabre ways. They even visit the house of the Zipi and Zape family and brush them off. It also includes other short stories, illustrations in the form of loose jokes and music, of course.
