Bu işlevin tasarımı – ki burada çok özel bir amaç için kullanıyordum – özünde benzer olmakla birlikte farklı bir amaca hizmet ediyor: herhangi bir yere bir not eklemek ve her ziyaretçinin bu notu görebilmesini ve kapatabilmesini sağlamak. Bu işlev, uyarı veya harekete geçirici mesaj olarak kullanılabilir; zira bağlantılar eklenebilir (URL’yi https:// şeklinde yazarak), düzeltme veya güncelleme yaparken hızlı açıklamalar ya da düzeltmeler yapmak için ya da bir resim hakkında ek bilgi eklemek için kullanılabilir. Hem bilgilendirme notu hem de uyarı işlevi gördüğü söylenebilir.
Basit eklentileri ve işlevleri sevdiğim için, bunların kullanımı da oldukça basit.
İşlevi, ister snippet olarak ister şablonunuzun functions.php dosyasına ekleyin, başka bir şey yapmanıza gerek yoktur. Yönetici olarak oturum açmış olan kullanıcı, notun görünmesini istediği noktada ALT tuşuna ve farenin sol tuşuna basarak bir not ekleyebilir.

Bunu, ALT + sol tıklama yapıldığı noktaya olabildiğince uyacak şekilde hâlâ ince ayar yapıyorum; çünkü şu anda not, eklendiği öğeye bağlı olarak birkaç milimetre aşağıda ya da yukarıda görünüyor.
İlk testlerde, tarayıcı pencerelerinin boyutunu değiştirdiğimde notların orijinal yerlerinden kaydığını fark ettim. Bu sorunu çözmek için yardım aramak zorunda kaldım. Sorun, JavaScript kullanarak olayları (scroll ve resize) aktif olarak dinleyip, sabit (fixed) bir konteynere göre koordinatları dinamik olarak yeniden hesaplayarak çözüldü. Artık, ekran boyutundaki değişikliklerden bağımsız olarak notlar tamamen sabit kalıyor ve tam yerlerinde duruyor.
İstediğiniz kadar not ekleyebilirsiniz; ancak, son eklediğiniz notu bir öncekinin çok yakınına veya üzerine yerleştirirseniz, her zaman bir öncekinin üzerine geleceğini ve notları (henüz) sürükleyemeyeceğinizi, sadece kapatabileceğinizi unutmayın.
Kontrol paneli de oldukça sade. Yalnızca not eklenmiş yazı veya sayfanın başlığını ve not sayısını gösteren bir liste içeriyor. Bir düğme URL’yi açmak için, diğeri ise o sayfaya eklenen tüm notları silmek için kullanılıyor.
Aşağıda, tek bir tıklamayla veritabanındaki tüm notları silebileceğiniz temizleme alanı bulunmaktadır. Hem toplu silme düğmesi hem de tek tek silme düğmesi, veritabanındaki satırları tamamen temizler ve bu işlevi kullanmayı bırakmaya karar verirseniz sitede gereksiz veriler kalmasını önler.
Özel tablolar oluşturulmaz. Her şey, update_option() işlevi kullanılarak standart wp_options tablosunda little_notes_page_[ID] adıyla yerel olarak depolanır.
Tüm dikkatimi verdiğim bir diğer konu da performans. Kullanıcı yönetici olarak oturum açmamışsa ve sayfada not yoksa, hiçbir kod yüklenmez. Ziyaretçilerinizin hızı üzerinde hiçbir etkisi yoktur.
pointer-events: none ayarıyla mutlak bir tuval (canvas) kullanıldığında, notlar CSS’yi, kenar boşluklarını veya tema öğelerini etkilemeden web sayfasında serbestçe yüzer (şu an için GeneratePress’te test edilmiştir).
Her ne kadar herhangi bir hata tespit etmemiş olsam da, güvenliği artırmak ve hataları gidermek amacıyla testlere devam ediyorum; çünkü bunu bir eklentiye dönüştürerek WordPress deposuna yüklemeyi planlıyorum. Bu nedenle, şimdilik bunu bir test ortamında denemenizi tavsiye ederim.
